High efficiency coalescence separators ESK have been tested under supervision of Notified Body. Thus they bear CE mark which allows their distribution in European Union. These separators belong to separators category I (to EN 858). Manufacturer ensures a standard of below
2 mg/dm³ of light liquids on outlet from separator ESK and ESK-H. When using the same solution with sorbent (ESK-S and ESK-HS) the value is up to 0,5 mg/dm³.
Coalescence separators whit bypass is also available (ESK-B and ESK-BH).
Ecol Sp. z o.o. manufactures the following types of CE certified coalescence separators:
- High efficiency coalescence separator ESK
- High efficiency coalescence separator with sand trap ESK-H
- High efficiency sorption-coalescence separator ESK-S
- High efficiency sorption-coalescence separator with sand trap ESK-HS
- High efficiency coalescence separator whit bypass ESK-B
- High efficiency coalescence separator whit sediment trap and bypas ESK-BH
Separator comprises concrete elements C35/45 (monolithic tanks with openings or tight passages for sewage pipes, additional superstructure rings, and cover plate), pipes installed in the tank, coalescent material, and manhole.
Each offered separator ESK can be executed in specified series type, in plastic body.
PE bodies are manufactured in tensile grade SN4 and SN8 [kN/m2] to PN-EN ISO 9969:2007.
